[embossed] 10 BERKELEY SQUARE[handwritten] My Bancroft would be much obliged if Miss Pollard will kindly inform him whether she will have pleasant rooms to offer in the first week of Nov. a small front sitting. Not ground floor. Two single bed rooms (one front) and a maid's room would be required - if so would Miss Pollard send terms and particulars.
